Consultations:

Our Clinicians provide 1:1 consultations face-to-face and via Telehealth (Phone and Video). Consultations will be for a minimum of 60 minutes and extended appointments of 90 minutes available on request. Appointments will be confirmed with you and if the appointment is through video, a link will be sent to your designated email prior to the appointment.

Fees:

Pot of Gold Therapy strives to provide quality affordable mental health to adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties with their mental illness. We provide services to people that are:

  1. Telehealth appointments (Counselling only): Standard consult (60 minutes) $50. Fee applies for all Telehealth appointments.

  2. Self-funded (Private paying). Standard consult (60 minutes) $130. Extended Consult (90 minutes) $130

  3. With a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan and have adequate funding for 1:1 individual counselling under capacity building. Standard Consult (60 minutes) $130. Extended Consult (90 minute) $150.

  4. Health-care Card Holder: Standard Consult (60 minute) $50. Extended Consult (90 minutes) $80.

  5. Clinical Supervision: Standard fee $100 per session (Gerald Only).

Referrals:

Referrals can be made through referring yourself here, through your GP or other professionals. Referrals will be reviewed by our clinicians and outcome of referral will be communicated with the referrer. In receiving a referral, you will be contacted to discuss your circumstances and the support you are looking for. This is completed to ensure that you receive appropriate treatment and support tailored to your individual circumstances.

Within the first session, an overview of what it is that you hope to achieve will be established. Sessions will be scheduled depending on the services and the outcomes you want to achieve.

Please note: A Mental Health Care Plan is not necessary for referral to our services.

Cancellations:

If for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice by contacting us on admin@potofgoldtherapy.com.au or via phone on 0477 055 985. A $30 cancellation fee applies if notice is not provided within 24 hours of the appointment.
