POT OF GOLD THERAPY
“Therapy and support to help you reach your pot of gold”
What is Clinical Supervision?
Clinical Supervision is a ‘formally structured professional arrangement between a supervisor and a supervisee’. It is a process which supports practitioners to provide quality treatment and support to their clients through providing:
Facilitating a structured and supportive learning experience in a private space
Guidance on delivering services to clients in a safe and ethical manner
A reflective space and support
Support to the supervisee to explore and reflect on positive and challenging areas of practice, bearing in mind the realities of clinical practice
